Who We Are . . .

As a team, our membership spans a broad range from recreational runners to veteran athletes. The majority of the members are recreational runners who participate in road races, marathons, trail runs, and/or multi-sport events during the year.

So who are we? We are individuals who win races and individuals who have not run a race yet. Some of us are training for another race and some of us are thinking about running our first race.

We have training shoes and we have racing flats. Some of us can run a marathon and some of us are working on running one mile non-stop. Some of us can run a 10k in less time than others can run a 5k.

In other words, if you are slow, fast, new to running, or a veteran runner, you will feel welcome in the 5Rivers Running Team.
